Screen Training Ireland, Irish Equity, SIPTU and Screen Producers Ireland, in association with Dublin City Arts Office and the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, are hosting a morning seminar on Dignity in the Workplace.

This free morning seminar, running from 8.30am to 10.30am, will discuss dignity in the workplace with reference to creating safe and dignified workplaces. The focus will be on the arts sector across audio-visual and live performance production. The speakers will give a trade union and employer perspective, and will define and identify inappropriate behaviours, provide information on best practice and procedures for addressing these behaviours in the workplace. The discussion will also cover the legal responsibilities and risks that these challenges bring to the workplace.

Participant Profile:

Producers, Line Producers, Production Managers, HODs or anyone with responsibility for managing individuals or teams in the film industry.
