VFX and Animation Graduate Trainees and Host Studios Announced

Screen Training Ireland and Animation Skillnet are delighted to announce the host studios and trainees for the 2017/18 VFX and Animation Traineeship Programme. To coincide with the launch of the programme, top speakers from the Animation and VFX industry converged in Dublin for the two-day symposium last weekend.

The Graduate Traineeship Programme is targeted at developing industry-focused skills in a workplace setting, supported by award-winning studios such as Brown Bag Films, Cartoon Saloon, Piranha Bar, Boulder Media and Windmill Lane VFX among others. The Traineeship Programme has provided on-the-job training for the participants and played a significant role in addressing skills gaps in Ireland over the last few years.’
