Mark Byrne: Prior to joining Element Picture in June 2012, Mark spent 6 years with Bord Scannan na hEireann/the Irish Film Board, initially as Business & Legal Executive and later as Head of Legal Affairs.
Before that Mark ran his own law practice specialising in media and entertainment and was production lawyer on a number of projects including “Adam and Paul” and the Oscar winning film “Once”. In 2006 Mark was co-producer of the IFTA award winning film “Middletown” starring Matthew MacFadyen. Mark is a current board member of Screen Producers Ireland and a former board member of the Irish Film Institute and Filmbase and is a member of the European Film Academy.
Mark is also an alumnus of the “Inside Pictures” film business training and leadership scheme created by Qwerty Films and presented by the National Film & Television School in the UK.

Michelle Feely: Michelle joined Telegael in 2013. Following her graduation in Corporate Law from NUI Galway, Michelle trained with A&L Goodbody and qualified as a practising solicitor with their Intellectual Property and Information Technology department in January 2011 where she worked as an assistant solicitor for three years. Michelle has wide-ranging experience in advising on intellectual property rights, media and entertainment law and negotiating commercial contracts. As Head of Business and Legal Affairs, Michelle is responsible for drafting and negotiating the company’s co-production and acquisition of rights agreements, licence and distribution agreements and overseeing the legal and commercial affairs of all the companies in the Telegael group.
