Sarah Lynch, Composer

Sarah is an Irish composer for film, games and TV based in Dublin. She is a scholarship recipient of Windmill Lane Studio’s MA Programme in scoring for Film and Visual Media, where she studied extensively under the tuition of Christopher Young, Conrad Pope, Richard Bellis and Andy Hill.

In 2016, Sarah began to work for renowned composer, Anna Rice, providing additional music for the 52 episode animated TV series “Lucky Fred 2” (Telegael / Toonz Entertainment / Imira Entertainment / Televisió de Catalunya / Aeon Entertainment) and was also hired as an in-house games composer for the Irish Games Company “Warducks,” for whom she has composed the score to three Virtual Reality games. She has also composed for numerous short films in Ireland, and in 2017, Sarah was one of four composers chosen to participate in the IMRO/RTE/Filmbase Film Scoring Program. Thanks to this program, Sarah was offered the opportunity to compose and record the score to ‘Acorn’, (dir. Kevin de la Isla) with the RTE Concert Orchestra, which premiered at the 2017 Galway Film Fleadh.
